The picture of the week is the brand new Café Diem!
The newly opened Cafe Diem!
Located in the Center for Academic Engagement, the café is a student-run operation with approximately 15 students on board as managers, purchasers, staff and food preps. Many of our alumni probably remember when Café Diem was located in the Hammermill Library. There are several coffee and beverage items on the menu along with lunch items such as wraps and personal pizzas!
It is such an awesome way for our Hospitality Management students to have a hands-on learning experience right here at Mercyhurst!
